The hotel itself was quite nice and most people in the service were friendly. However, communication was a bit complicated because their English was so so. That being said, most of the staff made an effort and we managed to understand each other. The rooms are big and recently renovated. The spa is good. The breakfast was very nice. The transport to the airport was nice as well. And the driver was super friendly. All in all for the price was quite good. There were a few things we didn’t like. The young boy who accompanied us to the room demanded insistively for a big tip just to carry in the elevator the luggage that we didn’t need any help. We offered 3 € and said more. We went to the lobby and offered to give a small tip in Turkish lira. The person at the desk said we didn’t had to give a tip if we didn’t want to. And he was angry but let it be. This was a very bad experience. In the pictures you can see the door of the shower was missing. There was a bit of molde in the bathroom. And the room was not well isolated from the road, so we could hear all night the cars and trucks going by since it’s in an industrial area. To sum up. It’s good value for the price. We were quite satisfied overall. Only a few details would make this a great experience. They should look into it because it’s just a few details after all the amenities they have put effort into making the hotel a comfortable and attractive experience.

Hotel is located far from the city in an ugly industrial district. Nowhere to go around. Amenities are old and worn. Safety box and sink were broken, shower did not work well, blankets had stains, pillows were horrible. Spa is just a couple of saunas and outdoor pool. This place is only good for transfer passengers.

Хаммам с утра закрыт!А как его посещать тем,кто уезжает до 12 часов дня?это минус!!! Полотенец в номере в нужном количестве не было Но отель красивый и спокойный ,нам повезло,почти не было людей и мы спокойно купались

رائع جدا جدا قريب من المطار وقريب من مجموعة من المحلات التجارية والسوبر ماركت ومقابل بنك للسحب من البنك، ومتعاونين جدا جدا في الدخول للفندق والخروج منهوسأعود له مرة أخرى أن شاء الله

사비하괵첸 공항에서 매우 가깝고 호텔에서 제공하는 무료셔틀을 이용할수있다.최고! 외관은 고풍스러운 양식의 아름다운 건물이다. 데스크도 매우 친절하며 필요한 것을 요청할때 주저할필요가없다. 객실은 매우 넓고 깨끗하며 커피, 생수, 주전자등 을 갖추고 있다. 조식은 기본적이나 매우 맛있다. 추천할만함. 재방문 의사 100%. 완전 만족.

Все понравилось, удобное расположение с аэропортом, когда можно отдохнуть с долгого перелета, завтрак вкусный, но не хватает настоящего турецкого вкусного кофе. Трансфером воспользоваться удалось только в одну сторону, писали несколько раз на почту но никто так и не ответил, и нас тоже никто не встретил. А так в целом все отлично. Есть хамам, 2 сауны и бассейн.

有機場的免費接機服務，凌晨要去機場雖然不在送機的時間，但是前台也能幫忙叫taxi，taxi到機場大概500里拉（土耳其打車真貴）服務態度不錯但是房間隔音差了點半夜隔壁説話都能聽見必須得帶著耳塞睡覺
